The beans are grown in the region where Kalosi is the capital of the region. Enrekang is the region’s name, the mountainous area located in the central highland of South Sulawesi. Toraja Kalosi Arabica is produced by using wet hulling method. The distinct presence of its impressive flavours is important. In the light of this, the degree of roasting used is full city roast mode. The coffee epitomises complacent combination of softness and smoothness aftertastes. The heavy bodied coffee has weak acidic and spicy tastes. Its characteristics will utterly mesmerise your senses and at the same time, enchant you to feel the mystic of myth and legend that the region has in store.
